Around March- early April I bought some lucky charms and had a bowl here in there and I noticed I was getting migraines and my stomach was upset but I did not equate it with the cereal. Then one day I was really busy and all I had that day was a huge bowl of Lucky charms I got the worst migraine I have ever had stomach cramping diarrhea then the diarrhea turned into black/dark green stool and this lasted for four days every time I attempted to eat regular food except for toast I had terrible stomach cramping became extremely nauseous and had to lay down for at least 20 minutes until the nausea and cramping subsided . I rarely get migraines and more and I’m not a person who gets sick very often either. That’s why this was so strange and scary. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Migraine, Green Stool, Cramps
