I love lucky charms but I cut out sugar so I no longer eat cereal. But when ever I was constipated I would eat a bowl of LC and within 20-30 mins I would have diarrhea. I didn't see this as a bad thing in fact it was the best laxative for me, it was my go to laxative. It never happened to my son think everyone digest this or doesn't differently. Think the milk and all that sugar is what is causing it, or maybe just all the sugar. Label should say " May cause upset stomach". Maybe LC is not for everyone, just stop eating it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
