Inspection Date: Sept. 29, 2023

Violations:
Back door was propped open during inspection, several dead cockroaches and other dead bugs under sushi line and in other areas, hand-washing sink by sushi bar didn’t work correctly, live cockroaches in food preparation areas and inside container of flour, flour contaminated with bug and “several unidentified foreign objects,” cans of flour weren’t covered, “significant build up of grease and black debris” along floor, “foul smell” in dry storage room, leaky sink.
