Ate steak with mushrooms and cream sauce. I had beef medallions with portobello mushrooms with a balsamic vinegar cream sauce. Didn't eat anything all that day. The next morning, Sunday 21 June, got up with cramps and started having diarrhea with blood in stool. Called my Gastrinteroligist on Monday and he instructed me to check myself into hospital. I checked in at Hospital on Sonterra in Stone Oak. They tool stool and blood sample and determined it was e coli. Checking out today Wednesday, June 23, 2021 around noon. Prescribed Azithromycin antibiotic. Also missed 3 days of work. I have pictures of bloody stool samples and can get diagnosis from labGot sick 20 June 2021, ate at there the night before at 9 pm. Started feeling sick the next morning. Admitted to hospital Monday 21 June, 2021. Diagnosed with e coli from blood and stool samples | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Gas
