I ordered 2 pizza Friday oct 5th and one was just cheese and sausage and the other one was cheese sausage and mushroom and green pepper. Everybody who ate the one that had mushroom and green pepper got sick. 2 ended up in the emergency room. It was confirmed by the hospital that is was food poisoning everybody that ate that particular pizza had fever vomiting diarrhea fatigue nausea weakness and dizziness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness, Fatigue
