Group Illness After Guac - Mariachis Tequileria & Restaurant, Manassas Virginia

There were 4 of us for dinner last Sunday around 2pm. We all had guacamole and a cheese app. All entrees had veg rice
Chips and salsa were also common to all. All four adults became ill between 2pm and 7 pm the next day. Symptoms varied but all had vomiting diarrhea nausea extreme stomach cramps chills and low grade fever. This lasted approximately 24 hours but in the 2 males symptoms continued up to 48 hours later luckily the newborn was not with us for the meal and not impacted by the parents extreme illness | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps, Fever
