Tuesday 12/9 I ordered a dozen oysters I ate 5 of the one type of east coast oyster you served that night I ate 1 each of the 2 west coast oysters served that night I ate 1 bowl of clam chowder with 1 piece of bread I ate 1/2 prime rib. I am currently suffering from the absolute worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had in my entire life. Symptoms started at 11p on 12/10. My boyfriend ate the west coast oysters and 1 east coast, the clam chowder with bread and the cedar plank salmon. His symptoms were extremely mild in comparison and only lasted 1 evening. I believe the east coast oysters are the cause. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
