- comments: observed a 1' gap along the bottom of the front door that is not rodent proofed. Management instructed to rodent proof all outer openings.

- comments: observed the outside garbage dumpster with 2 missing lids. Management instructed that the garbage dumpster must be covered at all times to prevent rodent activity.
