- comments: observed approximately 45 small rodent droppings in dish /storage room attached to service area scattered on floor behind dish machine, in all corners of said room and underneath tables. Instructed to remove droppings, clean and sanitize. Must eliminate pest activity on premise and maintain. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). No citation issued.
