Fast Food Mishap: Ill After Meal - McDonald's, Failsworth England

Yesterday Wednesday 27/7/22 went to the drive through ordered Spanish chicken meal with banana milkshake. Got home has a Spanish stack meal instead ( burger) and a vanilla milkshake. I usually go back three as food is always cold and this time couldn't be bothered driving back there. So ate it, and 5 hours later I was spewing up and diarrhoea all night. No sleep as up every hour and had a meeting at 9 am. Havint been able to eat all day. Not sure which or what has giving me it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
