May 17 2022, We think this food place .. started almost immediately after eating : explosive watery diarrhea05/18 Update: He is in hospital now and his kidneys are not functioning now from getting so sick. This all started after eating there so we are assuming this caused it It occurred 45 minutes after eating a sausage and egg biscuit. He was severely dehydrated from severe diarrhea and vomiting once eating that - he bought it on his credit card. He is not in a good state right now so o can’t get that info at the moment. I would like to keep this from happening to anyone else
It was a sausage and egg biscuit He’s still in the hospital- his kidneys stopped functioning due to the dehydration of the food poisoning and that’s all he ate that day. It hit him 45 minutes after eating it. (The hospital called it acute kidney dehydration due to the food poisoning. Injured his kidneys due to dehydration) He says it was about 9:30ish -9:50 on 5/17 when he got it and was sick by 10:30
05/19 Update: The hospital said it was most likely food poisoning and the follow up Dr the next day after his hospital release said it was for sure food poisoning. It had somerhing to do with the wbc in the stool samples that were indicators. I will ask the doctor for more information on that. I do t think they found ecoli or salmonella but I’m not 100% on that - I will see what I can find out. I know that the follow up dr was positive that’s what caused it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
