Food Safety Report: McDonald's, 4990 Bayou Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32503, USA.

7 years ago reported by user-vxndr656 business

McDonald's, 4990 Bayou Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32503, USA

4990 Bayou Boulevard, Pensacola, 32503 Florida, United States

I was at McDonalds on Bayou Blvd, right where Office Depot is located, and accross from Target, Michaels, Winn Dixie shopping center. 8:30pm Tuesday November 20, 2018. I ordered a #2, with a chocolate shake, and upsized the fries to large. I drove up to the window after paying $12.02 for this one meal, and the clerk had to refund me the money for my shake, because they were all out of shakes!! She could of offered me a coke or something else to drink. They clerk handed me handed me my bag and I drove off.
As I reached in to start eating the fries, right away the fries tasted weird. I wanted to say that the oil they were fried in could have been rancid. I wish I could have turned around and complained, but I had been in the hospital all day because my twin sister had a heart attack. Too tired to complain, and I was very hungry, I just ate them.
Following morning I did not feel good. I thoght I was overerly tired.
I had my coffee from my home, got to the hospital by 8 am, and at noon I was throwing up. Only thing coming up was my coffee because I was too nauseous to eat anything else for breakfast or lunch. I then started having violent diarrhea the rest of the day. Its now been 24 hours of sickness. I am still having diarrhea. But no vomiting. I thought I should report this.
I have not call McDonalds yet as I have been just too ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
