Ate breakfast burrito around noon.Fiancé ate bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle, son ate sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle — neither are sick.
Started having diarrhea 30 minutes after eating.
Took a nap at 3 after beginning to feel physically ill.
Called off of work at 5 because vomiting began.
Will not be attending work tomorrow due to illness.
As if 11:05pm today — vomited more than 12 times.
This was the only food that I have eaten today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
