I had ordered a large coffee with Splenda and sugar free syrup . I also had a few creams in the coffee as well. And one sausage biscuit . I have ordered from other McDonald’s as well ordering the same thing . However when I got this coffee hours later I had really bad stomach pains . I didn’t eat anything other than that meal ! When I finished the coffee my stomach was sort of agitated but I left it alone . But when I got to work I could barely walk ! I was trying throw up but it’s like my stomach kept hurting more . I took some laxatives and it’s not really fixing anything . I think I may have to go to the doctor . I will not be returning there again ! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
