Mcdonalds, I ordered a double qtr pounder with cheese and bacon with no pickle or mustard and small fries around 1230pm. About 7 or 8 hours later i started to feel very sick. And i eventually started to vomit. It's been over 24 hours and I'm still not feeling well | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea
