Last 2 times going to airport 'McDonald's, Fleur Drive, Des Moines, IA, USA' over a week period different times, people, and meal types. Both meals what they had in common is beef, onion, and potatoes, then drinks coffee or soda made from their water. It could be any of those things. These are meals I usually get without issue. Had to take activated charcoal both times to mitigate. I was feeling perfectly normal and healthy and immediately after feel like knife in stomach. I do not have photos of eaten food nor am I going to show any receipts until I talk to somebody. Both times I had to wait great lengths parked for the simplest things ordered in advance. Travelers you have been warned.| Symptoms: Diarrhea
