Suspected source: McDonald’s French fries or the fish filet sandwich.
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: I only ate a canned biscuit that morning and my stepdaughter had one too and was not sick. The only other thing I had was the McDonald’s fish filet sandwich and some fries before getting sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
