I ordered a: double cheese burger, large fries and a chiken legend saturday the 4th of february 2017 at 3:45pm - 3:50pm . My friend also ordered a vegetarian burger and a strawberry milkshake the same day and time. 1-2 hours after we finished it, both of us felt nauseous. Me and my friend was shaking and had a temperature. I felt very week and was very gassy. We eventually threw up.It was definitely the mcdonald's because that was the only thing we ate that day apart from breakfast and some sweets. I was planning on going to the doctors but after throwing up I felt completely fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Shaking
