Fast Food Pain: Cramps, Diarrhea - McDonald's, Irvine Scotland

Ordered meals yesterday afternoon around 2pm. 20 nugget box, large strawberry milkshake, 2x fries, cheeseburger and a chicken Mayo burger (used points for the chicken Mayo burger) the items arrived at takeaway bay in under 4 minutes. Chips floppy and under done rest was a bit sweaty and a bit of a mess. Didn't see this until home. Food consumed within 20 minutes of leaving the site. We both had stomach pains within 3 hours that are ongoing 18 hours later after the meal. We both have incredible pain that feels like a hot bar is being pressed against the top of bowels/base of stomach. We both had nausea yesterday. I was woken up by the pain at 0530 and have been stuck in toilet for 90 minutes. With horrendous bowel movements and stomach still making squirming noises. Other person had the toilet issues from around 8 last night for a few hours and still in pain now | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
