Bought a quarter pounder burger and beef + cheese special meal with banana milkshake from the store, approximately 5hours later I was feeling really ill, vomiting and stomach cramps. Its taken 36hours before my condition has improved. This isnt the first time ive felt ill after eating at this store, it is the first time ive been sick. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
