Chicken Wrap, Ice Cream Illness

I ate a McDonald's wrap with chicken lettuce and mayo on with a mcflury ice cream with in 30 minutes I felt nauseous and then I was up all night vomiting I vomiting first at 11pm and last at 12pm the following morning  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
