I ate a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin at 9 am on 5/4/2018 and by 12:30 pm I was having severe nadeau, diarrhea, cramping, bloating and horrible headache. 24 hours later, I’m better but not back to normal. I will never eat McDonalds again. The people who work there don’t care if they practice safe food prep and storage and I have been so sick over the last 24 hours it isn’t worth taking a chance. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Headache, Bloating
