Undercooked Wrap Causes Illness - McDonald's, Harlan Kentucky

Ate a crispy chicken wrap, with the usual lettuce, shredded cheese, and ranch on it around 5pm Sept 6th. Yesterday Sept 7th around 9pm I started having extremely painful stomach cramps in the center just below my ribs, which the cramps eventually started moving into my lower abdomen. I started vomiting about 30 minutes after the cramps started, and then around 2pm today Sept 8 diarrhea started. I hadn't eat one of the chicken wraps in years, the chicken tasted goey and not very done, lettuce was wilted as well! Every time I swallow something food or drink excruciating cramps start in my upper stomach. Hoping this passes soon! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
