6 years ago reported by user-gqcpp855 business

McDonald's, Waverly Center Drive, Charlotte, NC, USA

11620 Waverly Center Drive, Charlotte, 28105 North Carolina, United States

ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal (with fries and a coke) at 10:05 p.m. through the drive-thru. came home and ate around 10:15 p.m. started feeling lower back pain and nausea at 12 a.m. sat on toilet at 12:30 a.m. and had severe diarrhea and nausea for 30 minutes straight, with cold chills, stomach pain, and back pain. would've added vomiting to symptoms had i not held it back. i'm guessing the burger caused this sickness. never going to mcdonalds again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills
