Fries, Coke, IBS, or Poisoning? - McDonalds,

Ate a big mac meal with fries and a coke. Now this is gonna sound weird but i have a bad fear of food poisoning so i said f the meat and only at the fries drank the coke and ate only the bread and lettuce of the sandwich and had no meat.. anyways i had bloating and mild diarrhea after a couple hours of eating.. idk if i got food poisoning or if it was my ibs because i didnt have watery diarrhea or vomited but i did have some nausea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Nausea
