I tried the lemon basil chick salad for the first time out of the 9 months I've been getting it, from vendor truck that comes to the Hospital, I got it around 12:30 pm which was early for me and they had alot of it, looked as if I was the first person to get it from the amount that was there. Got my regular scoop with lettuce tomato pickle and fresh fruit no crackers. That was the only thing I ate that day. My symptoms started about 730pm that evening with the cramping feeling and aching in my stomach as I lay watching tv, then it hit me with a massive attack that required me to run like forest around 815pm where I remained until about 1030pm on the toilet with plastic puke bag in hand. I've worked at the hospital for 1 yr now my anniversary date was September 10th, and as you can see how much I enjoy eating your light weight meals for lunch. I'm hoping this was a 1 time fluke but I tell you, I'm kinda skeptical about eating it from here on out, after that massive attack I had last night! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
