Suspected Pasta Meal Illness - Meijer, Northville Michigan

I’m assuming food poisoning caused it somehow I do not know for 100% sure if it was the healthy choice but it was the last main meal I had other than cereal at breakfast Myself alone.Symptoms started about 18 hours after eating. Bloated and distended stomach. Ended up with 2 violent episodes of vomiting and diarrhea. 
I had a healthy choice with pasta broccoli and chicken and Alfredo sauce and the next morning I woke up with diarrhea and vomiting right after two hours later had more vomiting then it subsided and I’ve been fine since, | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Bloating
