My daughter and I ate Mellow mushroom pizza, my daughter had the Veg out pizza with basil pesto and I had a build your own with cheese, pepperoni and pineapple. My daughter got sick with in a few hours with same symptoms of severe stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea then I was hit with it the next morning 2/11/22. I called the store when they opened today and was only told they would let manager know. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
