got mint choc "shake" from drivethru,wasn't frozen cold,cup messy on 7/22 at 1500 should have rejected. Next day headache,dizzy, fever to 101, left sided abd pain. 2 days intense vomiting,then 2 days intense diarrhea. Now feel like a cooked noodle. First take away in 2 yrs, never again.

08/01 update: Physically feel better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Dizziness
