Curdled Milkshake Illness - McDonald's, Rednal England

I ordered fries cheese burger and strawberry milkshake, my children had happy meals and fruit shoots
The milkshake tasted different and very sweet to the point I couldn’t finish it, also when I took the lid off to check it it looked like the milk had curdled or seperated so I chucked it, I had approx half of a large. A couple hours later I started to feel nauseous and I knew I was going to be sick. Standing up made me feel queasy and faint so I went to lay down and my belly just keep hurting and feeling heavy. Approx 5 hours after went there, I was sick for the first time bringing up that place and this continued all night, the next day (now) the vomiting has stopped but I can’t stand up for long without feeling like I will be sick and I’m currently sat on the toilet with explosive diarrhoea! Important to note my kids are fine and didn’t have a milkshake with their food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
