- comments: observed no chlorine sanitizer concentration test kit provided on-site (only ph test kit provided at time of inspection). Instructed to maintain at least one test kit or other device to accurately measure the type of sanitizer used in warewashing and maintain available for use at all times. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005 citation issued.
