Title: Severe Food Poisoning at Miu Japanese BBQ & Sushi (Order 1042)"My husband and I dined at Miu Japanese BBQ & Sushi (formerly Hanu BBQ) on the evening of Dec 23rd. Early the next morning, we both began suffering from violent vomiting, diarrhea, and excruciating headaches. I was so ill that I collapsed on my hotel bathroom floor.
We had to visit Urgent Care twice for emergency treatment. We ended up paying exorbitant medical bills and high transportation costs out of pocket. Our Christmas vacation has been completely ruined by this experience. Interestingly, our son, who only ate meat and did not touch the sushi, is perfectly fine, which clearly points to the sushi we consumed.
We attempted to contact the restaurant, but the staff was dismissive and refused to let us speak with a manager. We are reporting this to warn other tourists and to ensure a formal investigation is conducted." | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
