I had a Dillon James with sausage(I don't know if it was plant or real meat) Mod sized, orange soda, sweet tea and an cake. Symptoms began within an hour of eating. I am not immunocompromised and take no medications. My family all ate similar just not the sausage, cake, or soda and they have no symptoms. Staff were all wearing gloves and I washed my hands with soap in the restroom prior to eating.
