Friday 3/9 Ordered a sausage pepper onion grinder for lunch. Sausage seemed pink and extra chewy, was not so fresh. 5 AM Sat morning I awoke due to stomach pain, then instantly darted to the toilet with severe diarrhea, this has lasted at least until writing this until this morning on Tuesday. It really is a shame that the food carts around here far surpass the dine in places health regulation wise. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
