Food Safety Report - Moe's Southwest grill, Chillicothe Ohio

Got a chicken, ground beef and rice burrito bowl around 5pm july 29. It was ALL i had to eat that day , my dinner after work.
Woke up next morning feeling horrible.headache, hot fever, stomach cramps and queasy.
I thought i maybe just slept too much and needed caffeine so i got an iced coffee
After two sips ,overwhelming nausea took over.
Then the horrible diarrhea arrived lol.
Headache didnt go away even with ibuprofen. I feel like absolute 💩. What a waste of my day off , too sick to be productive.
The ground beef did look very suspicious like it had been there for hours , but stupid me trusted the restaurant that it was okay.
It was DEFINITELY not okay. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Cramps
