Severe Illness Post Burrito - Moe's Southwest grill, Olive Branch Mississippi

Saturday evening around 7pm, I purchased and ate a burrito bowl with chicken, ground beef, veggies, cheese and sour cream. Within 2 hour of consumption , I began to feel ill. Severe diarrhea began, followed by violent retching, severe stomach pain and cramps. A visit to the ER a few hours later confirmed food poisoning. I am still trying to recover from this terrible experience. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
