01/30/17 Ate a Chicken Quesadilla. Ingredients: Cheese, Rice, Onions, Corn, Jalapeno, Sour Cream and Queso. Started feeling ill and stomach pain 15 min after eating. Now in bathroom with explosive diarrhea and contraction like stomach pains. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
