Think it’s the Italian beef combo  He ordered the combo and fries I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. It was the only things we both ate that day. Only I didn’t eat the combo Italian beef. After a few hours he started feeling sick and about 8 hours later he started his on and off diarrhea that he’s had for the last 3 days
