- comments: observed no thermometer inside cooler in infant classroom. Must install.

- comments: evidence of improper pest control on premises. Observed 12 mice droppings on floor around clutter of chemical supplies, paint cans stored on floor in front of mop sink, and 9 mice droppings on bottom storage shelf in prep area, 30 mice droppings on floor areas in furnace room. Instructed to clean/ sanitize all areas. Strongly recommened pest service. Priority foundation issued 7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed shelves not clean of debris in kitchen. Instructed to clean/maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed low water pressure at faucet in washroom by prep area. Instructed to repair.
