Chicken Meal Causes Illness - Nandos, England

Just me - 6 hours after eating
Are lemon and lime flavoured chicken breast, fries and garlic bread on Monday 19th August 2019. No health problems - feeling good.

Sickness and diarrhoea started about 12.30 that night - repeatedly sick and simultaneous diarrhoea throughout the night with fever and shivers.
Still got diarrhoea now - unable to go to work and extremely worried about travelling to Italy on Friday for holiday. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
