Severe Reaction: Mushroom Burger - Nandos, Dorchester England

On 29/07/19, had a Mushroom and Halluomi burger with a side of chips, garlic bread and an avocado. I expierienced severe food poisining around 1-2 hours starting off with extreme shivering which I thought I was about to have a fit, and then projectile vomiting 3 times having made my partner pull over whilst driving home. It is now the 2/07/19 and I am still not fully recovered however feeling a lot better. Im struggling to keep anything down and feeling quite nausea's still. AVOID. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
