- comments: observed approximately 50 or more mice droppings: on floor near 3 compartment sink, dry food storage area on floor and shelving units as well as on electrical outlets, on side of walk in cooler in prep area, and on service line in cashier's area. Must remove mouse droppings, clean and sanitize areas. Recommend pest control service on or after 3/31/2022 (priority foundation 7-38-020 a).

- comments: observed soil and debris build up: on window seal above 3 compartment sink and beneath the hot and cold service line. Instructed to clean and maintain areas.

- comments: observed paint splatter in hand washing sink on service line. Instructed to clean hand sink and to use hand washing sink for staff hand washing only.

- comments: observed faucets in all boys and girls toilet rooms not dispencing water long enough for adequate hand washing. Instructed manager to adjust meters on hand sinks to allow for adequate hand washing.
