On Monday evening, March 7, 2016, I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup near closing time - 8:00 to 8:30 pm. They were cleaning up the place and I could smell chemicals used while cleaning the stove, etc. I wanted to eat inside, but they took too long so I went up to the register and told them that I wanted it to go. They took another 5-10 minutes and then handed me a small bowl of chicken noodle soup containing only one piece of chicken. I ate it in the car outside of the restaurant and immediately after approaching my house which was only 5 or 10 minutes later, I regurgitated on the lawn twice and then once after entering my home. The vomit was very forceful. I saw all of the contents that I had eaten (all of the noodles and the chicken). I felt oozy so I had to lie down. About 1/2 hr later I found myself in the bathroom regurgitating again. I dranked a glass of water containing white vinegar and a squirt of lemon (this seemed to give me a little comfort, so I went to sleep. Several hours later, I was in the bathroom with diarrhea, but no more vomiting. I was so weak that I had to lie in bed for a couple of days all the while drinking a little apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. It took about 3-4 days for me to fully recuperate. I did not seek medical attention because I could not get out of bed to go to the doctor that is why I self medicated. I remembered some of mama's home remedies for apple cider vinegar and it was very helpful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
