- comments: observed hot running water temperature at hand sink in 1st fl. Girl's last sink at 81. 3f must have at 100. 0f. Must repair and maintain. (priority 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 20 or mice droppings in a crate and on floor in between articles on floor inside of closet in pre-k 103. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 2/22/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
