I ate a sandwich that had pickles, Swiss cheese, american cheese,roast beef, ham, and turkey on it. I got super sick 15 to 20 minutes later. My husband had a bite and had diarrhea when we got home. I was vomiting til stomach acid came out and i was weak and nauseated, a fever then developed. I became dehydrated and had stomach cramps the next day and even water made me want to vomit. This happened December 15, 2024 | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Weakness
