My husband had pasta with cream of mushroom sauce, shrimp and meatballs from Olive Garden in North Myrtle Beach. Myself, son and husband ate at the Olive Garden for a late lunch. As we were driving home my husband complained of stomach cramps and about 4 to 5 hours after leaving he began vomiting profusely with diarrhea. He was perfectly fine before lunch and we also shared an appetizer and salad. Myself and son had different meals. Neither of us are sick. My husband was very sick for a couple of hours and is resting for now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
