Chicken and Gnocchi Soup with Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, I am currently unable to sleep and it's 4am. I've been having bloody stools and keep seeing the green vegetable from the chicken gnocchi soup I ate from here. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloody Stool
