Last night my boyfriend and I went to olive garden for dinner around 8pm and ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli, with never ending salad and bread sticks which we shared together and he ordered the shrimp appetizer. We live separately and spoke this morning about any symptoms. I experienced more a severe stomach ache and diarrhea since 2am last night making multiple trips to the toilet and still in mild stomach pain. My boyfriend had minor stomach pain and more gassy than me. I usually do not have this reaction to olive garden's food and was very concerned | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Gas
