Tex-Mex Salad Illness - Olly Fresco's Promenades Cathedrale, Montréal Québec

I ate a texmex-style salad, it had sliced chicken, black olives, jalapenos, salsa, sour cream, mixed baby lettuce and some sort of sliced tortilla pieces. Consumed at 1:30pm Dec 20th, started feeling sick around 5 pm, by 6:30 I was vomiting with diarrhea. Had the chills too. Lasted until 1 am. Now 48 hours later I still feel weak, tired and shaky but have kept food down since yesterday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Shaking, Chills
