I hadn’t eaten at P.F. Chang’s in years. Yesterday I was reminded why. Don’t get me wrong, the food taste good. But the night of terror and subsequent full day of chills, nausea, cramping and ungodly diarrhea weren’t worth it. I wondered if this happened to other diners. Turns out, I’m not alone. Search Google for: “P.F. Chang’s made me sick”. There are an overwhelming number of food poisoning cases. Imagine how many aren’t reported! I had a guest visiting from out of town, who also didn’t feel well after eating there. We spent most of Saturday communicating via text from respective bathrooms. I had the Cauliflower Tempura appetizer and ate roughly half an order of Crispy Honey Shrimp with white rice. My friend had Edamame and a noodle dish. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Chills
